Position: DevOps Manager
Salary: $160k-$190k (heavily dependent on seniority & work location) + equity + unlimited PTO
Location: Fully Remote anywhere in the US. No visa sponsorship possible

What you’ll do:
As a team, we are still small enough for your influence to be felt in every corner, and yet we're well established enough as a company that we don't have to worry about existential questions. We’re looking for a talented DevOps Manager to lead our infrastructure team and help build and maintain the foundation that will allow us to continue growing and serving our customers at scale.

• Hire and construct a tight knit team of world class DevOps engineers


• Be a hands-on when your team needs you to be. Mentor mentality


• Build and optimize systems that will allow Engineers to deliver code to end users at scale


• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes


• Work with engineers across the company to design new features at large-scale

What we’re looking for:
An experienced DevOps Leader with great attention to detail, and a general love for all things infrastructure!

• Extensive DevOps background / track record


• Deep understanding of technical architecture and operational configuration


• Robust AWS knowledge


• Solid networking and security knowledge


• Experience with shell scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Bash, etc


• Experience with Unix/Linux system administration


• Experience using containers technologies such as Docker Fargate/ECS, Kubernetes/EKS


• Strong comprehension of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies


• IaC tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, Serverless Framework, SAM


• Experience with RDS and DynamoDB
