An overview of your job role:

Lead Developer - Spring Boot leads and mentors tracks within projects as well as provides guidance on Java-related technologies and drives adoption of technology best practices within the track/team. The person also manages clients, represents AVIZVA’s expertise and thought leadership in offering solutions leveraging Java technologies and applications.

Below would be your Job responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis
  • Technical Design
  • Scoping
  • Effort Estimation
  • Project Execution
  • Project Tracking
  • Quality
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Dependency Management
  • Client Communication

You are expected to be more than good at the following skills:

  • Advance Java, Spring boot, and web services
  • IBM Web sphere Portal Server (Optional)
  • Should have a good understanding of Nonfunctional requirements performance/security etc
  • Good Database knowledge
  • Design patterns and frameworks knowledge is nice to have.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
  • Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style
  • Sense of personal ownership in every problem resolution

Must have’s:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in Computer Science or related field preferable
